Ichiriki Instant Ramen

This is how Instant Ramen should be. From Tsuruga, Japan, it's my favorite ramen joint made instant! OMFG! It's still not AS good as being there, but it sure brings back some great memories...

The Big Easy

So I spent Friday-Tuesday in New Orleans for work. The downtown area hasn't changed a bit, you really couldn't tell that a Huricane came thru that city. Outside of the downtown area is another story, and it really is sad to see the city not being rebuilt.
But, Louisana does have my favorite beer, so what did I get to enjoy nightly? Draft and Bottled ABITA AMBER BEER. Holy. Shit. MMMMMM

The foods great, the people are great, the beer is freaking awesome. I'll have to go back again one of these days, just not in the summer, as I don't think I can stand 90 degrees with 91% humidity.
